Chief Executive Officer

We are in the process of identifying and discerning the right person to lead us into the next phase of our mission and growth. Our new CEO will be instrumental in carrying the DNA and driving the culture of the organisation in connecting people with financial capacity, to people and communities where there is great need.

Entrust is a Christian organisation, connecting people and resources to bring about life-change for the poor and oppressed in some of the neediest nations on earth for 15 years. We work in 14 countries, with people of all cultures, genders and religious beliefs, to enable long-term change through community development and ministry projects.

If you have a demonstrated passion for seeing Kingdom impact through enabling people and communities to thrive and have experience in leading Christian mission and community development, we’d like to explore this opportunity with you.

• You are a prayer grounded, Spirit-led Christian leader with a passion for justice and for advancing the Kingdom of God on earth.
• You have a track record of wise spiritual leadership, sound financial management and proven business and pastoral experience.
• You are equally comfortable in the board room and engaging with high-net-worth people, as you are in remote villages or crowded, poor communities sitting and listening to those with whom we partner and journey.
• You are comfortable as the public face of the organisation globally, living out your Christian values and faith as you serve and lead Entrust.
• You are Melbourne-based and have capacity to undertake considerable overseas and local travel.
