The Role
CREST Education is seeking a creative, enthusiastic and organised Marketing & Events Officer to join our Advancement Team on a casual basis.
This hands-on role supports the delivery of marketing, communications and event activities across CREST Education. From capturing school life through photography and videography to assisting with major College events, you will play an important role in sharing the CREST story and strengthening engagement with our community.
Working across multiple campuses, you will collaborate with staff, students and external providers to create high-quality content, support enrolment growth and help deliver exceptional events and experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture and create engaging visual content through photography and videography.
- Produce and edit marketing materials, digital content, videos and communications.
- Support the planning, coordination and delivery of College events, including Open Days, Information Nights, Presentation Nights, Alumni Events and College Services.
- Liaise with staff, suppliers and contractors to coordinate event logistics and marketing activities.
- Assist in maintaining CREST Education's brand and communications standards.
- Provide on-the-day support for events and community engagement activities.
- Contribute to the Advancement Team's marketing, admissions and community engagement objectives.
- · Uphold and model CREST's values and behaviours in all aspects of the role.
- Experience or strong exposure in marketing, communications, events or a related field.
- Strong photography, videography and content creation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or video editing software (highly regarded).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to build positive relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Flexibility to work across campuses and support occasional evening or weekend events.
- A current Working With Children Check.
- A genuine willingness to support and uphold the Christian ethos and values of CREST Education.
