Maranatha Christian School is seeking a professional, organised and compassionate Reception & First Aid Officer to join our team at the Endeavour Hills Campus.

As the first point of contact for many students, families and visitors, you will play a vital role in the daily life of the School. Combining reception and administrative responsibilities with student health and first aid support, this position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the wellbeing and smooth operation of our school community.

ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Reception & First Aid Officer, you will provide professional reception and administrative support while coordinating first aid and student health services across the School.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing professional reception and administrative support.
  • Welcoming and assisting students, families, staff and visitors.
  • Coordinating first aid and student health support services.
  • Maintaining student health records and administering medications in accordance with School procedures.
  • Liaising with parents and staff regarding student wellbeing needs.
  • Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the School.

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

  • Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • A warm, professional and service-oriented approach.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and administrative systems.

Qualifications and experience:

  • HLTAID011 Provide First Aid (or willingness to obtain).
  • Experience in reception, administration or customer service.
  • Experience in a school environment and/or administrative qualifications will be highly regarded.
