About the Role
William Carey Christian School is seeking a committed and capable High School HSIE Teacher to join our team.This full-time position has a Geography focus and will commence in Term 1, 2027, with an option to start in Term 4, 2026.The successful applicant will be passionate about Christian education and committed to delivering high-quality, biblically informed teaching that supports students academically, personally and spiritually.The role includes classroom teaching, curriculum development, pastoral care responsibilities, collaboration with colleagues, and building positive relationships with students and families.
Essential Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be a person of evangelical Christian convictions and character, actively involved in a Bible-based Christian church and committed to the work of Christian education.
- Affirm and uphold the School's Statement of Faith and be committed to working a biblical worldview into all aspects of teaching and learning.
- Hold relevant teaching qualifications and NESA accreditation.
- Meet the requirements outlined in the Employment Information Pack.
