The Position:

Due to continued growth of the College, we have an exciting opportunity for an ICT service Manager to join our Christ-centred team.

This position is on a Fixed Term Full-time contract for 2 years and will conclude in December 2028. Please note that this position requires travel across our Werribee and Melton campuses to support operational needs.

The Person:

Knowledge, experience and skills

• Proven leadership experience managing ICT operations, service delivery and infrastructure teams within a medium to large organisation.

• Demonstrated experience overseeing cybersecurity, risk management, vendor relationships, budgets and ICT governance.

• Experience supporting senior leaders through operational reporting, strategic planning and technology investment decisions.

• Strong strategic, analytical and commercial capability, balancing operational priorities, risk, budgets and technology investment within a complex organisational environment, preferably education.

• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and people management capability, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams and service cultures.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate technical issues into business outcomes

• Holds a valid Working with Children Check ‘Employee’ and Police check.

Qualifications

Essential

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology / Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology or related discipline.

• Minimum 7-10 years' experience in ICT operations, infrastructure or service delivery environments.

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a leadership or management role.

Desirable

• ITIL certification.

• Cybersecurity, risk or governance related certification.

• Project management qualification.

• Experience within K-12 or tertiary education.
