Mundaring Church of Christ is an independent church affiliated with Churches of Christ WA, located in the beautiful Perth Hills (Mundaring) Western Australia. Position Description: Lead Pastor

The Lead Pastor will provide spiritual leadership to the congregation through biblical preaching, teaching, discipleship, and pastoral care. Working collaboratively with the Elders, Deacons, ministry leaders, and congregation, the Lead Pastor will help ensure the church's vision, mission, and ministries remain centred on Jesus Christ and aligned with Scripture.

The successful applicant will be a Spirit-led servant leader who is passionate about shepherding God's people, making disciples, evangelising the community, and equipping believers for effective ministry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Christ-centred spiritual leadership and direction to the church.
• Preach and teach the Word of God faithfully and effectively.
• Lead and develop discipleship initiatives that foster spiritual growth.
• Provide pastoral care, encouragement, visitation and mentoring.
• Work collaboratively with the Elders in establishing ministry direction and church governance.
• Encourage evangelism and community engagement.
• Promote unity, healthy relationships, and biblical conflict resolution.
• Support and strengthen church ministries and volunteer teams.
• Model Christian character and servant leadership in all aspects of ministry.
