Associate Pastor - Youth
A full time role as the Church’s Associate Pastor - Youth, working closely and collaboratively with the Glasshouse Christian College pastoral team to support 550 high school students.

Glasshouse Country Baptist Church: a welcoming congregation of around 220 committed to growing in faith and community.
This is a full time role growing and developing our Youth Ministry, and working closely and collaboratively building meaningful relationships with our college pastoral team who support around 550 high school students. (Glasshouse Christian College is a ministry of Glasshouse Country Baptist Church)
Currently, our Friday night youth group engages about 50 teens, with 20 attending our Wednesday night youth bible study.
Our Vision is to see young people introduced to the Christian faith and then have their lives transformed by the Lord Jesus. We believe the best way for any Christian to grow is by, discipling, serving and being incorporated to their local church.
We are seeking an Associate Pastor - Youth who’s vision aligns with ours.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has (or is actively working towards) and appreciates theological training.
- Believes they are called to this role.
- Has a vision for youth ministry and a strategy to see it realised.
- Will encourage and nurture young people to grow in their Christian faith.
- Takes the Word of God seriously, but doesn't take themselves too seriously
