The Role

The Middle School Wellbeing Coordinators work directly to the Head of Middle and Senior School and under the strategic leadership of the Director of Student Wellbeing. Along with the Faculty Coordinators and Studies Coordinators they make up the leadership team under the Head of School. This team provides Christian leadership, implementation of the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the Middle and Senior School.

They operate as part of the Whole School Wellbeing Team under the Director of Student Wellbeing. The Student Wellbeing Coordinators are responsible for the overall development of programs and practices relating to student wellbeing, pastoral care and the management of behavioural development in conjunction with the Head of Middle and Senior School.

The Student Wellbeing Coordinators are a full-time Position of Responsibility 2 (PR2) and will undertake a 0.56FTE teaching load.
