Creative Coordinator – Crossroads (Part-Time)

Are you passionate about using creativity, worship, and digital media to help people encounter God and experience a genuine sense of belonging? Newlife Church is seeking a creative, organised, and relational Creative Coordinator – Crossroads to help shape the creative life of one of our most loved and life-giving ministries.

Crossroads is a vibrant and inclusive faith community for people with disabilities, their families, carers, and support workers. Every week, people gather to worship Jesus in an environment of acceptance, joy, accessibility, and authentic community. This role is an opportunity to help create meaningful experiences where every person is valued, included, and encouraged to participate fully in church life.

Working alongside the Crossroads Pastor, you'll coordinate engaging, Christ-centred worship services, develop creative service elements, oversee digital communications and social media, and lead the creative expression of the ministry. From planning worship experiences and producing multimedia content to supporting worship and technical volunteers, you'll play a key role in helping Crossroads continue to grow as a place where people encounter God and flourish in community.

This role is ideal for someone who loves combining creativity with ministry. You'll be passionate about creating accessible and engaging environments, have an eye for visual communication, enjoy working collaboratively with volunteers, and thrive in a dynamic team environment. You'll also bring a heart for pastoral care, a commitment to inclusion, and a desire to see every participant experience the love of Jesus in a way that is meaningful to them.

Experience in worship leadership, creative production, communications, social media, volunteer coordination, or disability ministry will be highly regarded. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who shares Newlife's vision of seeing more people, more like Jesus, and who is excited to use their gifts to help build a welcoming church community where everyone belongs.
