We are seeking a gifted and passionate Children’s Pastor to lead Kidzlife at Newlife Robina and help create a discipleship culture where children, families and volunteers are transformed through Jesus.

This is more than a ministry role — it is an opportunity to shape the faith journey of the next generation by creating environments where children are known, loved, discipled and empowered to follow Jesus.

About the role

The Children’s Pastor will provide pastoral leadership, vision and strategy for children’s ministry, overseeing discipleship pathways, weekly gatherings, volunteer teams and family engagement.

You will lead a ministry that helps children build a strong foundation of faith that matters today, works tomorrow and lasts a lifetime.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Lead and develop engaging, Jesus-centred children’s gatherings.
• Teach and communicate God’s Word in ways that inspire children to know and follow Jesus.
• Pastor children, families and volunteers through every season of life.
• Equip and encourage parents as they disciple their children at home.
• Build and empower passionate volunteer teams.
• Develop creative discipleship pathways that help children take meaningful steps in faith.
• Partner with schools and the wider community to share the love of Jesus.

We’re looking for someone who…

• Has a deep personal relationship with Jesus and a passion for children’s discipleship.
• Believes children are not just the future church, but an important part of the church today.
• Has experience leading children’s ministry and developing faith-forming environments.
• Is a gifted communicator who can engage children, families and volunteers.
• Can inspire, equip and lead teams with warmth, vision and purpose.
• Loves building relationships and creating welcoming communities.
• Is committed to growing personally and professionally as a Christian leader.
