Donvale Christian College is seeking an innovative and forward-thinking educational leader to join our College community as Head of Learning Innovation (P–12). This strategic leadership role provides a unique opportunity to shape the future of teaching and learning across Prep to Year 12 by leading innovation, learning technologies, digital pedagogy and professional learning within a Christ-centred framework. Working collaboratively with College leaders and teaching staff, the successful applicant will champion research-informed practice, support the ethical and purposeful integration of emerging technologies (including AI) and foster a culture of continuous improvement that enhances student learning, engagement and discipleship. This role is ideal for an experienced educator who is passionate about inspiring innovation, building staff capability and helping students flourish as learners and faithful disciples of Christ.
