Waverley Christian College is a forward thinking and culturally diverse Christian co-educational school from Kinder to Year 12. We have been providing students with a quality Christian educational experience for over 45 years. With campuses in Wantirna South and Narre Warren South, Waverley Christian College has an enrolment of over 2400 students with 400 staff across both campuses in 2026.
Our Narre Warren South campus is recruiting passionate Secondary Teachers to join our teaching team in 2027. We have both anticipated and current ongoing and fixed-term positions available that can be a combination of part-time and full-time. These opportunities are from across a range of subject areas, including:
- English (including English Language)
- Science (7 - 10 general, VCE Psychology, and VCE Biology)
- Mathematics (7 - 10 and VCE)
- Computing (VCE)
- Humanities (History)
- Physical Education
- Music (Strings focus)

The successful applicant must:
- Be a qualified teacher and hold a current registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT)
- Be qualified and able to teach one or more Secondary subject areas, with current opportunities including History, Science, Psychology, Biology, Mathematics, Computing, Music (Strings), Physical Education, and English.
- Have high level communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to show a commitment to the values and ethos of Christian education.
- Be willing to get involved in all aspects of the College’s programs and opportunities.
