YouthCARE's mission to express God's love and presence in educational and other communities is lived out through 450 chaplains and 1,300 volunteers, serving 600+ schools and 35+ sporting communities across Western Australia.

The Opportunity

This is a newly created executive leadership opportunity to shape the future of chaplaincy and Christian Values Education (CVE) across Western Australia.

In this strategic role, you will set the direction for school services across all regions, lead and develop a team of School Services Managers, and build YouthCARE's presence as an indispensable partner to school communities.

Working closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, you will bring both strategic vision and operational credibility to a portfolio spanning metro, regional and remote Western Australia.
