Chinese Community Social Services Centre Limited (ccssc.org.au) is a leading organisation committed to providing culturally responsive and high-quality welfare services (including migrant settlement and NDIS services) and community and residential aged care for the Chinese-speaking community in Victoria.

The CEO is responsible to the Board of Directors for leading CCSSC, ensuring the organisation delivers services as described above and is positioned for future growth. The CEO leads and works collaboratively with a senior executive team to oversee all aspects of CCSSC's operations, including delivery of services, financial and human resource management, risk management, compliance and service innovation that meets relevant legal and accreditation requirements and standards.

Key requirements include:

  • Commitment to the mission and objective of CCSSC, and comprehensive understanding and appreciation of Chinese culture and care needs of the Chinese speaking community.
  • Tertiary (postgraduate qualification(s) highly desirable) in Business Administrative/Management or Organisational Leadership, Social Work, Welfare/Community Service, Clinical Care.
  • Extensive strategic leadership and management experience (at least 5+ years) in leading welfare services and community and residential aged care.
  • Proficient in English (proficiency in either Cantonese and/or Mandarin desirable).
