About the Role
We’re looking for an Operations Manager to lead the logistics and operational efforts of OCC across Australia and New Zealand. From managing a seasonal Processing Centre to overseeing shipping, warehousing, and volunteer training, you’ll ensure the smooth flow of over 200,000 shoeboxes every year.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all OCC Operations, including domestic and international logistics
- Oversee Warehouse and Processing Centre operations, staffing, and setup
- Train and support logistics volunteers across regions
- Ensure safety and compliance across all operational activities
- Collaborate with national and international teams to drive mission goals
What We’re Looking For
- Strong leadership and logistics management experience
- Proven ability to build, equip, and inspire teams
- Passion for ministry and a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
- Strong administrative and communication skills
- WHS and Risk Management experience is a plus
