Building a Discipling Culture (BDC) ministry is seeking an experienced Communications & Promotion specialist to develop and implement comprehensive marketing and acquisition strategies, targeting senior church leaders through digital campaigns, content creation, partnership facilitation, and performance optimization.

Working closely with the BDC Operations Manager, this 2 days per week role will create compelling promotional content for our coaching clusters and Intensive workshops, execute targeted digital campaigns (social media, email, SEO) to drive church leader engagement, and track and optimize campaign performance with regular reporting on acquisition metrics.

Qualifications and Experience

• Strong experience in communications within church, parachurch, or Christian ministry context

• Understanding of digital marketing and content strategy

• Proven track record in B2B marketing to professional/leadership audiences

• Experience with ministry-focused digital marketing and content creation

• Knowledge of Australian church landscape and denominational networks.
