Restore Community Church is looking for a Worship Pastor who carries both the creative heart and the pastoral depth to lead our gathered worship ministry into its next season.

The Role - Full or part time options available

The Worship Pastor is a senior creative and pastoral role reporting directly to the Senior Minister. You will have responsibility for the full breadth of our worship ministry, not just what happens on the platform, but the people behind it and the culture that sustains it.

In this role you will:

• Lead weekly worship gatherings with spiritual depth and musical excellence
• Recruit, develop and mentor a growing team of musicians, vocalists and creatives
• Oversee our Production team — sound, lighting, multimedia and communications
• Plan and execute special services, including our Easter and Christmas programs
• Provide genuine pastoral care for the people in your team, including leading a Life Group for the worship and creative community
• Contribute to the broader leadership of the church as part of the leadership team
• An active, growing personal faith, this is a pastoral role and everything flows from here
• 3–5 years of ministry experience, ideally including leading worship in a local church context
• Confidence as a lead vocalist and band leader, with solid musical foundations (music theory, arrangements, lead sheets)
• A demonstrated track record of building and developing volunteer teams
• A servant heart, strong character, and the kind of resilience it takes to sustain excellence week after week
