Join our Partnership Management Team as we grow awareness and support for Destiny Rescue across Sydney and NSW. Reporting to the Partnerships Team Leader, you'll build and strengthen relationships with churches, corporates, and donors, representing our mission at events, conferences, and community gatherings, and helping grow the support that rescues children from sexual exploitation and human trafficking.

Through rescue operations and long-term reintegration programs across Asia, Africa, and Latin America, we work every day to bring freedom, safety, and hope to vulnerable children.
To date, we've rescued more than 26,000 individuals and continue to grow our global impact through the support of committed partners and donors.
About the Role
As Partnership Coordinator, you will maintain, strengthen, and grow relationships, helping increase donor revenue and engagement with Destiny Rescue across NSW.
Key responsibilities include:
- Grow and strengthen relationships with churches, corporates, community groups, and individual donors across NSW
- Build genuine connections with a portfolio of donors to increase their giving, engagement, and tenure
- Represent Destiny Rescue at events, conferences, and church services, speaking to new and existing supporters
- Help develop new partnerships that expand our profile and impact
- Support the Partnerships Team in running events and presentations
- Keep partnership activity documented in Salesforce, with regular reporting
About You
You're a confident communicator and relationship builder motivated by purpose and genuine connection.
What you'll bring:
- Strong knowledge of the Sydney/NSW region and connection to local church and corporate networks
- Confidence with CRM tools such as Salesforce, plus Google/Microsoft applications
- Proven ability to present to a wide range of audiences
- Fundraising or relationship management experience
- A current Australian driver's licence, with willingness and ability to travel interstate periodically
- A genuine alignment with Destiny Rescue's mission, vision, and values
