Building homes, communities and hope

Habitat for Humanity Victoria is seeking a passionate and capable Impact & Operations Lead to help advance our mission of building strength, stability and independence through shelter.

As part of a global housing NFP, we work to create safe and decent housing for people experiencing disadvantage. We seek to put God's love into action by bringing people together to build homes, communities and hope.

This newly created leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives on combining people leadership, program delivery, operational excellence, fundraising engagement, and impact measurement to create meaningful social change.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Impact & Operations Lead will oversee HFHV's program delivery and internal operations, ensuring our programs are effective, sustainable, and aligned with our mission and values.

You will provide leadership across:

  • Program delivery, including Brush with Kindness, Family Services and Volunteer Engagement programs
  • Supporter engagement and fundraising initiatives
  • Organisational operations, systems and administration
  • Impact design, evaluation and reporting
  • Staff, volunteer and team leadership.

This is a hands-on role that will suit someone equally comfortable engaging with beneficiary families, communicating with donors, supporting volunteers, improving organisational systems, and assessing and communicating HFHV's impact.
