We are recruiting an exciting role as a Senior Corporate Analysis Manager to join our Planning & Performance team on a permanent full-time basis.

Based at Macquarie Park, the successful candidate will play a key role in Anglicare's financial sustainability and growth by delivering high-quality financial modelling, capital allocation analysis and planning insights. Working closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation, you will provide the analysis and forecasting that informs investment decisions, funding strategies and long-term business planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-range three-way financial models covering cash flow, profit and loss, and balance sheet forecasts.
  • Deliver investment analysis including IRR, NPV, payback and scenario modelling.
  • Lead the ongoing management, governance and continuous improvement of Anglicare's capital management framework.
  • Provide financial insights that support capital allocation, funding and operational decision-making.
  • Prepare and present financial insights and reporting to support Executive and Board-level decision making.
  • Align long-term planning assumptions with annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
  • Support treasury activities through cash flow forecasting and covenant modelling.
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial modelling data, assumptions and reporting outputs.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Digital Technology teams to ensure best in class systems and reporting.

  • Experience preparing insights and recommendations to support investment decisions.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with finance systems, BI tools and planning platforms.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on process optimisation.

What you’ll bring

You are a commercially minded finance professional with a proven track record of partnering with senior stakeholder, influencing decision-making and delivering insights that drive sustainable business outcomes.

You will also need:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification or equivalent is essential.
  • CFA qualification highly regarded.
  • 10+ years' finance experience, ideally within FP&A, corporate finance or financial modelling environments.
  • Proven experience building financial models in complex scenarios and presenting meaningful insights.
  • Experience supporting capital investment, business planning and forecasting activities.
  • Experience supporting treasury activities, capital funding decisions, covenant modelling or investment analysis will be highly regarded.
  • Strong technical capability across Excel, Power BI and planning systems.
  • Exposure to capital-intensive industries such as property, infrastructure, healthcare or aged care will be highly regarded.
