Baptist Camping Victoria is seeking an experienced and relational Team Leader – Support & Customer Experience to join our team based primarily in Anglesea.
This leadership role provides day to day leadership to our Bookings operations while helping ensure our guests receive outstanding service from their first enquiry through to their time at camp.
Working closely with the Director of Camping and leadership team, you'll support the administration, communication and coordination that enables our teams to deliver exceptional ministry camps and serve churches, schools and community groups with excellence.
This role would suit someone who brings:
• Experience leading or coordinating a customer service, administration or bookings team
• Excellent organisational, communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive approach with strong attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems, with the ability to manage competing priorities
• A commitment to Christian ministry and a desire to contribute to Baptist Camping Victoria's vision.
Experience in the camping, hospitality, tourism, events or not-for-profit sectors is highly regarded but not essential.
