Sales & E-Commerce Co-Ordinator

Seeking a Sales & E-Commerce Co-Ordinator for order fulfillment and dispatch, customer service, inventory management, email marketing and digital support......

ORDER FULFILLMENT & DISPATCH

  • Pick, pack, and dispatch all daily customer orders
  • Print daily order manifests from Shopify, book courier and Australia Post consignments
  • Manage and follow up on any misdirected, lost, or damaged consignments

CUSTOMER SERVICE — ALL CHANNELS

  • Answer inbound customer enquiries via telephone, email, and walk-in warehouse sales
  • Provide accurate product advice and recommendations across the full range, handle basic customer complaints
  • Prepare custom quotes for larger or trade customer orders

SHOPIFY PLATFORM & INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

  • Maintain accurate inventory counts in Shopify, update product listings
  • Monitor and replenish showroom and warehouse shelf stock, process inward stock deliveries
  • Identify and flag slow-moving, aged, or near-expiry stock, support periodic physical stocktakes

EMAIL MARKETING & DIGITAL SUPPORT

  • Assist with scheduling and sending email marketing campaigns
  • Support social media posting, respond to comments and direct messages online
  • Flag customer feedback, product suggestions, and emerging issues

ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Numeracy sufficient to calculate quotes, check invoices, and reconcile stock counts
  • Confident Mac computer user — Shopify, email, Google Workspace
  • Genuine interest in animals, pet care, or the pet industry
  • Organised, self-directed, and able to multi-task
  • Physically capable of lifting and handling boxes and stock (up to 20kg)

ADDITIONALLY BENEFICIAL SKILLS

  • Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, or similar e-commerce / email platforms
  • Background in retail, wholesale, or customer service in a product-based business
  • Knowledge of professional pet grooming products, vet bedding, or dog show
    equipment
  • Experience with Australia Post Business / StarTrack or similar freight platforms
  • Social media content creation (Facebook, Instagram)
  • Experience using Xero or similar accounting software for basic functions
