Warehouse & Product Specialist

Seeking a warehouse and product specialist for order and dispatch, inward goods and container receiving, as well as dog bed construction and vet bed processing......

ORDER FULFILLMENT & DISPATCH

• Pick, pack, and dispatch all daily customer orders
• Book courier and Australia Post consignments
• Manage and follow up on any misdirected, lost, or damaged consignments

VET BED PROCESSING - CUTTING, ROLLING AND PACKAGING

• Measure and cut vet bed rolls to customer-specified lengths with precision
• Roll cut lengths tightly and vacuum seal
• Manage vet bed roll inventory, maintain cutting equipment and sealing machine

DOG BED CONSTRUCTION

• Assemble dog bed frames and inspect for quality
• Maintain a production schedule for dog bed builds to meet order demand
• Ensure correct size matching between frame and cover, correct labelling

INWARD GOODS & CONTAINER RECIEVING

• Receive and unload inward stock deliveries including full container shipment
• Count and verify all inward goods against purchase orders and delivery dockets
• Unpack, sort, and store stock in the correct warehouse locations

FORKLIFT OPERATION & HEAVY EQUIPMENT

• A valid HRWL Class LF licence is mandatory (upload with application)
• Move pallets, racking stock, and large equipment
• Operate the WAV lift and pallet jack for load handling

PERMISSION TO WORK IN AUSTRALIA

• Proof of permission to be uploaded along with application
