Newstead Christian School invites applications from a capable and motivated Operations Officer to join our committed, Christ-centred community. This new and exciting role ensures the School operates with financial integrity, operational excellence, and mission-aligned governance.
The Operations Officer supports the smooth day-to-day running of the School by coordinating key areas such as Human Resourcing, Compliance, Business Administration, and IT maintenance.
The role also works closely with the Principal and Leadership Team, providing proactive advice and support to strengthen operational practices and decision-making.

The successful applicant will actively promote the mission, vision, and core values of the School, contributing to a strong and connected community.

Salary will be based off the Educational Services (Schools) General Staff Award 2020 Level 6 or 7 determined by experience and qualifications.
