We are seeking a motivated, relationship driven professional ready to grow, and make a meaningful difference. As a Relationship Manager at Christian Finance, you will play a trusted role in supporting our clients, guiding important financial solutions with care and integrity, while being part of a supportive, team committed to your development, purpose, and long-term growth. This is a hands-on role that provides the opportunity to be part of the full client journey, building genuine relationships and delivering impact at every stage.

ABOUT THE ROLE - Victoria Based

This is a relational role, where you will:

  • Build strong connections with churches, pastors, and Christian organisations
  • Drive growth in lending and investment portfolios
  • Support clients with loan and investment enquiries aligned to ministry outcomes
  • Represent Christian Finance at church events and within the broader community
  • Strong relationship management and business development experience
  • Experience in business banking, financial services, or lending
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to identify growth opportunities
  • Solid numeracy skills and attention to detail
  • Strong problem solving, negotiation, and reporting capabilities
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks and financial services compliance is desirable.
  • Ability to work independently while remaining highly connected to a national team and state office located in Camberwell.
