With a presence throughout Australia reaching people through our Campus, Youth, Church Movements, Digital, and Global Aid strategies, Power to Change has more than 160 missionaries and a head office in Clayton, Victoria.

The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Officer to join our Operations team, based in our modern headquarters in Clayton, Victoria. This is a part-time role of 20 hours per week, spread across 3–4 days (with flexibility), preferably including Tuesdays and Thursdays, reporting to the National Operations Leader.

This will be a ministry, not just a job, and one you can truly make your own!

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Providing exceptional customer service for Power to Change missionaries and donors.
  • Delivering administrative support for the National Operations leader.
  • Conducting reception duties, including serving as the face of the organisation and welcoming guests.
  • Assisting with internal organisational meetings and events
  • Assisting with organisational compliance, including Work Health & Safety.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A warm, welcoming persona with a can-do attitude.
  • A willingness to learn and the ability to work well both in teams and independently.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • A passion for prayer and preparing devotions.
  • A collaborative approach, with the ability to contribute to a positive office culture and engage with office events.
  • Prior experience in operations or reception is highly regarded, but not essential.
