Oxley Christian College is seeking a compassionate and proactive Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our Junior School team on a part-time basis, commencing in Term 3.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting students with diverse learning needs across Junior School (Prep – Year 6).
  • Collaborating with teachers to implement inclusive education strategies.
  • Fostering a positive and respectful learning environment.

Desirable

  • Experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of inclusive education practices.

This role is 0.811 FTE (30.83hrs per week).

Work days are Monday to Friday from 8.15am - 3.30pm, during school terms.
