About us

Sydney Anglican Services (SAS) exists to support gospel‑centred ministry across the Anglican Diocese of Sydney by providing high‑quality operational, administrative and office services. About the role

SAS is seeking a proactive and service‑focused Client Services Officer to support the smooth operation of the Diocesan Hub and offices, ensuring a professional, welcoming and well‑functioning environment for staff, visitors and external clients. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality office services, events support, and reception assistance across the organisation.

This will involve:

• Maintaining welcoming, well-presented meeting rooms and shared workspaces
• Assisting with catering coordination and event support for both internal and external clients
• Supporting inventory management for office, catering, and cleaning supplies
• Ensuring storage areas, meeting room resources, and general office spaces are tidy and well organised
• Providing reception relief as required

About You

You will bring:

• Interest in customer service (e.g. hospitality, events support or catering coordination)
• A strong client‑service approach and excellent communication skills
• High attention to detail, punctuality and a professional manner
• The ability to work independently, flexibly and with a customer service focus
• Physical capability to manage room setups and catering
• Proficiency in MS Office
