We are seeking a warm, organized, and confident communicator to join our Marketing and Fundraising team as a Contact Centre Operator - Donor Engagement.

This varied and purpose-driven role combines donor engagement, customer service, administration, and office support. It is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, working with purpose, and making a genuine impact.

This is a 12-month part-time contract (19 hours per week), based at our Sunshine Coast head office and reporting to the Marketing Team Leader. Hours are flexible within standard business hours, making it suitable for someone seeking meaningful work alongside other commitments.

About the Role

As a key point of contact for supporters, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional donor experiences while supporting the smooth running of our Sunshine Coast office.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering outstanding donor care through inbound and outbound communications, including thank-you calls, stewardship, and fundraising conversations
  • Building genuine, lasting relationships with donors and supporters
  • Maintaining accurate donor records and campaign data within Salesforce CRM
  • Supporting fundraising appeals and campaigns to help achieve organizational goals
  • Assisting with general office administration, including mail, supplies, and day-to-day office support

About You

We are looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, is highly organized, takes initiative, and is motivated by making a meaningful difference.

You will bring:

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a donor-first mindset
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • High attention to detail and strong data management capability
  • Experience in customer service, donor care, or supporter engagement roles
  • Confidence using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Strong phone communication skills and confidence in fundraising conversations
  • A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment
