Northreach Baptist Church is seeking a highly capable and mission-driven Church Administrator & Business Manager
to provide senior leadership across our church operations and Northreach Community Care (NCC), our growing, ACNC-registered not-for-profit community services arm.
This is a unique opportunity for a gifted leader who combines strong business acumen, organisational leadership, and a heart for ministry, to help shape both the internal effectiveness of the church and the external impact of our community care services.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for:
- Leading Northreach Baptist church administration, governance, and operational systems
- Overseeing financial management and organisational compliance
- Providing strategic leadership and business oversight of Northreach Community Care
- Strengthening systems that enable ministry growth and effectiveness
You will work closely with the Senior Pastor (day-to-day leadership) and be accountable to the Management Team, while also engaging with the Pastoral Team and Governance Committee to ensure strong oversight and compliance.
