Lead the launch of a fully developed faith-tech product!
Ekko’s mission is to help people to progress in their faith journey and to activate their God-given purpose. You can learn more about Ekko by watching this ~6 minute video on YouTube.
Ekko has two primary audiences:
- An individual exploring faith: Anyone can join Ekko and be immediately added to a virtual Ekko-group. From there, all you have to do is follow the journey… regular content, a collaborative live digital community, pulse check ins to help you visualise how you’re going on your journey - it’s all ready to go. Ekko has been designed to make it easier than every to grow in three critical stages of spiritual development, simply by logging in, following the content and engaging live with others.
- A church looking to expand their message beyond Sunday: Everything listed above is also available for small groups and churches, however in a church context, Ekko is even more powerful. Pastors can live-stream their Sunday service, then Ekko will automatically break up their sermon into small daily snippets to move from Sunday to everyday. That, coupled with our spiritual health check ins, digital dashboards and personalised collaboration framework, make Ekko one of the most powerful platforms on the market!
Ekko is built, has been tested and is ready to go! We’ve received incredible early feedback and now we’re hiring our first ever employee - a Growth Leader to drive Ekko day to day across both sides of our mission:
- Inside the church - promoting and selling to churches, pastors & conferences, signing ministries, and onboarding them so their people engage every day.
- Direct to the public - building Ekko’s social presence, launching an influencer and affiliate program, and supporting everyday believers into thriving online groups.
- And whatever else we need to achieve - In early start up, there will be adjustments, surprises and a need to be willing to jump in on a range of activities. We’re looking for an agile go-getter who is excited by the business and willing to help us do whatever is required to launch it well!
It’s part B2B sales, part growth marketing, part start-up hustler! You would be the engine of an early-stage start-up in its most formative season.

We're not looking for someone who's done it all before; we're looking for a go-getter; someone aligned with our mission who is credible and ready to learn! We will consider any background, but would love someone who's got experience working with churches, someone with a sales and / or marketing background, and some proven start-up agility!
Some things to know upfront.

We’re just getting started: Ekko has been created by the founders because they all truly believe God is in this business. There are three founders; a pastor, a tech leader and a product leader. We've bootlegged it, built it and are excited to support every step of the way. We're all fully engaged but also have day jobs. We’re available and active, but we need someone working in the business to drive the growth forward. It’s 16 hours a week - however you split it up. We’re not dressing up a full-time job - we can only afford two days right now. The commitment is real but contained, and the times are flexible. So long as you do the job, you can flex the job in any way that works for you. And if you are successful, we'll have more money to increase the hours! The base is modest. We’re an early-stage start-up and we’re honest about that. But the upside is unusually generous. You’ll earn 50% of all revenue you generate during the initial five months, on top of your base. And the future is real. We’re praying we find the perfect person who can take Ekko and run. After the initial ~five months we plan to raise external capital (something for you to be part of!), and that means equity participation, likely extension, and first claim on the General Manager role if you thrive. This role could shape your entire career! |

- You’re a self starter who isn’t worried about having to build from scratch; The product is ready to go, but our GTM needs a tonne of work. Founders are available and engaged, but not working in the business day to day.
- Can build something from almost nothing and love the hustle of early-stage
- You know and love the church world, and can quickly win the trust of pastors
- You are equally at home closing a church deal and crafting a social campaign
- You are a natural at outreach, relationships and selling with integrity
