We are inviting expressions of interest the role of Registrar from candidates with relevant skills and experience to serve in this strategic role.

Essential Selection Criteria:

• High level organisational skills
• Ability to work well in a team and cross departments
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience in data entry, management and administrative software
• Experience in data management and familiarity with administrative software
• An ability to develop and implement new systems and procedures
• A demonstrated ability to manage workflows
• You will have a commitment to the Christian ethos, mission and vision of the college.
• You will have a passion for the missional work of Christian vocational education.
• A current Working With Children Check is required

Desirable Selection Criteria:

• An understanding of academic policies
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience working in higher education administration
• Proficient in use of generative AI
