We are inviting expressions of interest in the role of Assistant Dean of Studies from candidates with relevant experience and skills to assist the Dean of Studies in the strategic role of maintaining the quality, governance and compliance of the College’s academic programs.

Essential Selection Criteria:

  • Qualifications to at least a Bachelor level in Education
  • Qualifications or equivalent experience in educational administration
  • Excellent written communication, editing and document preparation skills
  • High level organisational skills with attention to detail, confidentiality and discretion
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative systems
  • A current Working With Children Check is required

Desirable Selection Criteria:

  • Experience working within Australian higher education
  • Familiarity with TEQSA requirements and higher education quality frameworks
  • Experience supporting accreditation or course review processes
  • Experience coordinating academic integrity matters
  • Experience preparing agendas, committee papers and minutes, and policy development
