(Part-Time, Maternity Leave Position)

Newlife Coolangatta Church is seeking a passionate and visionary Worship Coordinator to lead and develop our worship ministry. This part-time role (16 hours/week: Sundays and Tuesdays) is for a fixed term (during maternity leave) of 9-12 months and is ideal for someone with a heart for God-centred worship and a desire to build a vibrant, authentic worship culture.

Key responsibilities include coordinating and rostering creative volunteers, planning and executing worship services, and collaborating with the Location Pastor to shape the vision for our worship team. You will also recruit, train, and empower volunteers, encourage discipleship, and ensure all technical and creative elements are delivered with excellence.

We’re looking for a person with experience in a faith-based organisation, skilled in music performance and worship leading, and experienced in team leadership and production management. You’ll be creative, self-motivated, and dedicated to Newlife’s mission and values.
