Since 1977, ONE80TC has successfully facilitated the restoration of lives from the devastating effects of alcohol and drug addiction.

​We exist to rescue men and women to restore their lives and help rebuild families.

We provide Residential Rehabilitation in a therapeutic community in the Greater Western Sydney region.

ONE80TC (formerly Teen Challenge NSW) is seeking a Program Coordinator to provide clinical oversight, casework, mentoring and support for the ONE80TC staff and students in our women's program.

Previous experience in the Community Sector with a focus on Drug, Alcohol and Mental Health or other related areas is highly desirable but not essential as training will be provided.

Working with a team to To oversee the effective service delivery for day-to-day Student services including, staffing, graduates and volunteers, to provide quality case management, mentoring and support of the ONE80TC students, within a therapeutic community model. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and self-driven, supporting the program based in Kurmond.

Job Requirements:
  • Operate within the ONE80TC - Mission, Vision and Values, Management Systems and the Position Description.
  • To provide mentorship of the students in the ONE80TC Residential Program.
  • To provide student support on a day-to-day basis as per the policy and procedures of the organisation in regards to students program and wellbeing.
  • Keep the Centre Manager regularly updated on Student Program related progress and issues.


The successful applicant will ideally have:
  • Understanding and knowledge of mentoring and case management.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Solution focussed to address problems.
  • Understand and operate within financial budgets and parameters.
  • The ability to remain focussed under pressure with proven capacity to work in a team environment.
  • Exhibit a personal commitment to excellence, ownership, service, integrity and personal learning.
  • Capacity to utilise relevant computer software i.e. Windows Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Relevant work experience in the Community Sector and/or educational/tertiary qualification in a Community Services with Alcohol and Other Drugs or Mental Health or equivalent.
  • Minimum  in Cert IV – Community Services with Alcohol and Other Drugs or Mental Health - or willingness to undertake further study. 
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Current NSW Driver’s Licence
