An exciting opportunity exists for a degree qualified early childhood professional to take on the leadership of a committed and passionate team in the role of Director at Integricare Early Learning Centre Rockdale.

Accommodated in a purpose-built centre, our service at Rockdale provides an inclusive and individualised learning program reflecting the Early Years Learning Framework and the NQS. The established, professional team work closely in a collaborative and reflective manner. The service works in partnership with the Rockdale Hub and its stakeholders’ agencies to support families with the transition to school therefore desirable the applicant have a passion and understanding of working with diverse communities.
Degree qualified in Early Childhood Education with NESA accreditation, the successful applicant will have a background of providing excellent education, care and leadership with a commitment to maintaining best practice standards in all areas. Naturally you will be a strong communicator with ability to build nurturing relationships with children, families and staff. You will be comfortable operating at a level that exemplifies quality and learning standards consistent with the expectations of our mission, vision and values. Knowledge of relevant standards, frameworks and legislation will have been gained through experience and your ongoing professional development; while leadership ability will have been developed through guiding and growing teams.
Current First Aid Certificate and Working with Children Check are essential as is your commitment to support the Christian ethos of the organisation.

You will also need to demonstrate an active commitment to the Christian faith as Integricare is a faith-based organisation.
