We are looking for a highly competent individual who would enjoy being part of a vibrant team, assisting with building and supporting relationships with advocates, donors and church leaders with a focus on Chinese churches and congregations in Sydney. 
  • Sydney, NSW
  • Full-time Permanent position
  • Must be fluent in Cantonese & English
The Relationship Facilitator will play a key role in helping children be released from poverty in Jesus’ name.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Data entry of Child Sponsorship Forms and maintenance of Compassion’s CRM system
  • Lead and/or participate in the organisation and running of events
  • Manage Area team day to day logistics support including mail, banking and marketing collateral for use in churches and at events
  • Work with our Field Experience Team to facilitate trips to the field to see Compassion’s work
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop appropriate resources for Chinese churches and congregations
  • Build community and relationships with Chinese advocates and supporters
Qualification, Experience & Skills
  • Exemplary administrative skills, including outstanding attention to detail
  • A proven track record of providing wide-ranging administrative support to a cross-functional team
  • Exemplary communication skills, including the ability to communicate via phone and email with advocates, donors, church leaders and people from diverse backgrounds
  • A willingness to assist in other organisational growth initiatives
  • Experience managing and maintaining relationships with major donors
  • The ability to speak fluent Cantonese & English
  • The ability to read and write fluent Chinese & English
