About the role
Wesley Vision Valley is located in Arcadia, 1 hour North West of Sydney CBD. We are seeking a full-time Maintenance and Property Coordinator to work as part of our team. The site systems are diverse and present interesting demands for a person who enjoys technical and maintenance challenges.

As the Maintenance and Property Coordinator you will be organised, customer services orientated and have a passion for working with people. The role involves providing a safe, functional, clean and compliant site for guests, employees and volunteers so as to ensure a positive and problem-free experience for guests.

This position requires a professional attitude and a technical mindset that is adept at equipment fault rectification. You will also require the ability to manage schedules tasks, budgets and staff. Importantly, you will need great customer service skills.

The position will operate 5 days per week, with flexible hours and days and occasional after-hours work as per operational requirements.

Essential criteria

  • trade-qualified
  • experienced in onsite maintenance (preventative schedule and reactive)
  • project and budget-management skills
  • proficient skills in MS Office
  • ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • well-developed decision-making skills
  • current driver’s licence
  • First Aid Training (Senior or equivalent)
  • Working with Children Check clearance number

Desirable criteria

  • experience working in the camping industry and/or within a Church-based context
