What is the opportunity?

The Manager of HammondCare Horsley ensures the smooth running of the facility and provides the best care for residents as per our Mission and Mission in Action.  You will be responsible for empowering staff through our case management model. You will be accountable for the oversight and direction of the key components of this service; financial management, stakeholder engagement, clinical care and quality systems. You will do this with the support of, and in consultation with the broader team on site, residential aged care team and HammondCare enabling portfolios.

• Belief in leadership through service and will fearlessly lead and support teams to ensure the best care for the residents
• Strong sense of accountability and have the wisdom to know when to seek guidance and support
• Significant experience and knowledge of aged care processes, including ACFI and residential accreditation standards. 
• Extensive clinical experience in a facility setting (as a RN) is desirable but not essential
