Due to our growing contact centre we are now looking for a brilliant team leader to join our vibrant and innovative Contact Centre team.

Based in Newcastle, the role of the team leader sits within our contact centre leadership team. This is a very exciting opportunity for you to nurture and grow your very own team. Your responsibility and primary focus in this role will involve providing leadership and mentoring to contact centre representatives and as a manager work alongside your team to ensure they are reaching daily and weekly targets.

Job Requirements:

You will be a people person with proven experience as a team leader or supervisor within a call centre environment. You’ll possess strong coaching and development experience and the ability to engage and motivate staff members into a high performing team. You will also possess a strong degree of technical competence in a contact centre environment.
