About the role
Reporting to the CEO, the position provides leadership and management for all aspects Aged Care. As a member of the Executive Management Team, you will participate in strategy development including supporting growth and innovation in residential aged care and home care.  This is a full-time position based at Carinity’s Head Office in Gaythorne, which is 15 minutes from Brisbane’s CBD and a short 5-minute walk to the cafés and retail shops of Brookside Shopping Centre. Some travel to sites in Queensland will be required.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Strong ability to work within our Christian ethos and framework
• Proven clinical experience in aged care and registration with AHPRA as an RN
• Demonstrated business acumen at the strategic level of a large, diverse, and complex human service organisation
• Capacity to lead in the development of workplace policy, strategic and financial plans, change management, and project management
• Working knowledge of government legislation and policy, industrial relations, current business practice, and service delivery models in aged care
• Demonstrated consultation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Current National Criminal History Check or willingness to obtain same
